Me
About this Cook
I am currently 19 years old, and going to college. I bake perhaps once a week (usually Fridays). The baking usually for now is cookies, brownies, and dabble a bit in new things. I am a 'nerd' or 'geek'. I play Table Top Role Playing (Dungeon and Dragons type). I work at a local grocery chain's Meat Department. The guys back there often taste a lot of my cookies, as well as other employees of the store. I started to bake a little last year, though this year I have been making more and more(not to mention grilling). I hope to move from cookies to cakes, brownies candies, not to mentions slow cooking roasts.
My favorite things to cook
Cookies, Small cakes (cupcakes), Steaks, chicken, anything on the grill and simple desserts.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Little to none, but my Grandmother and Mother make great oven baked country ribs.
My cooking triumphs
Everything that people enjoy.
My cooking tragedies
Russian Pie, it turned out alright though not the best.

Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies
Great cookies, although i haven't baked for many years. Recently i took up baking more and more. I made these cookies once before and gave it to some of the people at my work and they loved them. I have people always wanting to know when i will be baking more of these cookies. Over all I would suggest the 8 mins to baking, as that is perfect for this recipe. The outcome is chewy and soft, it easily triumphed some of my favorite cookies.
