On Christmas eve we have a cubin feast.Roast pig,ucca,fried bannana chips,soft bannanas, and a cubin dessert or two.
My cooking tragedies
when I was young,my sister and i made pankackes,with catchup,relish,worstersher souce ext.!They didn't turn out to well.[surprising right?]

French Breakfast Muffins
Very good.The batter was really thick,so I had a slight heart attack.......but they turned out very good.Thanks for the recipe.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
I usued gluten free flour instead of white flour and it was very good.I will defiently make it again.Its very hard to find an easy chocolate cake ,especialy one that doesn't make a huge mess.Thanks for the recipe.

Easy Garlic-Lemon Scallops
Very good.My whole family liked it,and it was very easy.I recomend eating it with white rice.
