Crustless Cranberry Pie
This has been a huge hit at two potlucks recently. Just disappeared in minutes. I tried to force vanilla ice cream on everyone but half of the people liked the pie without it.

Vegetarian Chili
Great chili, nice texture and flavor variety. I left out the cumin (husband hates it) and it was still delicious.

Vegan Red Lentil Soup
Delicious even without the curry powder (my husband hates it). A definite keeper. Very creamy and hearty.
