Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Pounded out chicken breasts to even thickness. Baked at 400 degrees. Poured entire sauce over and periodically basted chicken with it. Turned as well. Served over brown rice that had onion, lemon zest, and lemon in it. Scallions in the rice would be excellent. Next time I will make extra sauce to pour over top.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
Very crispy without frying! Placed rack on baking pan and baked wings for 30 min at 400 degrees pure convection, then turned and baked additional 20 min until golden brown. I will make some changes to the sauce to make it spicier, but all in all much better than store bought and most restaurants!
