I just lost my job so, now a full time housewife/mom. A little 'desparate' actually, to be able to cook good food for my family. My mom & her babysitter (I called grandma) were such good cooks. I wish my children would think of me the same when they grow up!

Oyster Sauce Chicken
This is very easy to make. The only thing I'd do next time is reduce the amount of sugar. It is too sweet for us. Recommend to cook it with skin on, it is the best part!

Aunt Fannie's Dinner
Really easy to make. No corn for us either and my kids love it. I just can't help putting a bit of ketchup in my bowl. :)
