Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Excellent recipe! I baked at 375 for an hour then broiled for about 5 min. This chicken was so moist and tasty. I am going to have it again for lunch.

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

I cooked a turkey breast without the bone this way and it was yummy. It was done after 6 hours on high. I just let it cook in it's own juices.

Just to clarify-- If the rice is a little wet for you-- Just take the lid off at the end and let it cook for 5-10 minutes longer. It will be perfect.

The Best Doggy Biscuits!

I made these for all of my dog's friends at the dog park. They were a huge hit. I also substituted the salt for 4 bouillon chicken cubes and I added some parsley for fresh breath. I will be making these a lot.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

I am only giving this 5 stars because of the review I read on here. Without it, this recipe is only 1 star. I bought a nice cut of sirloin from my butcher, cooked for 5 hours in my crockpot and the meat melted in your mouth. I added 2 3oz packages of cream cheese and no sour cream. WOW-- This is a restaurant quality recipe. I will be making this on a regular basis. Thank you to the person who read 900 reviews and figured it out!

Apple, Brie, and Walnut Salad

Awesome salad! I tossed my apples with a little lemon (brown apples are not pretty). I also made my own balsamic vinaigrette. I prefer to cut the rind off brie whenever I use it in a salad. I love this and will be making again.

Baked Cod with Boursin Herb Cheese

What a unique flavor. I loved it. I followed the recipe but used only 2 pieces of cod. I kind of skimped on the Boursin because I didn't want to over do it. I wasn't using 2 pounds of fish. I recommend using all the Boursin no matter how much fish you are using. I used tomatoes with garlic and oregano. 25 minutes was to long. It was done around the 10 minute mark. I will be making this often. =)

Make-Ahead Spinach Manicotti

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

I thought it was good. I added some chili powder to the mix. It just tasted like it was missing something. It kind of reminded me of a watery chili. We topped it with sour cream, cheddar cheese and avacado. Would make again!
