Ham Salad Spread
This is the best ham salad I have ever made. I used sugar free bread and butter pickles and celery seed because I did not have the celery. Husband said it tasted better than store bought. I will make this again when I have leftover ham!

Beef Stew VI
This is the easiest beef stew recipe I have made. I did not have any celery, so I used celery seeds instead and could not tell a difference. I also did not put the whole teaspoon of dried rosemary in. I thought it might be to strong a flavor. I was very satisfied with the 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary I used. I will make this recipe again!

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
I used home canned tomatoes to make this soup. I should have left the cream and butter out it tasted so much better with out it. I will make this again but will leave out the cream and butter for a more robust tomato taste.
