Red Lentil Curry

gotta retry with fresh, well-washed lentils. Threw coconut milk and fish sauce in it... and that was a bad combination of indian and thai curry elements.

Definetly have to retry with boiling potatoes instead of baking (russet) potatoes. Need to put the mix all ingredients instead of applying honey last.

Veggie Stir-Fry

Great with Cabbage as a base veggie. Chop the veggies in vertical strips to improve texture. Want to try with rice noodles - was excellent with rice.
