Red Lentil Curry
gotta retry with fresh, well-washed lentils. Threw coconut milk and fish sauce in it... and that was a bad combination of indian and thai curry elements.

Butternut Squash with Onions and Pecans
definetly add the nuts, raisins, cayenne pepper and brown sugar as one of the other members recommends
