Excellent. I have tried many French Onion Soup recipes only to be disappointed. This recipe does not disappoint - very good, very flavorful. Only change was to add 3 cloves minced garlic a few minutes before the onions are done carmelizing (I add garlic to just about everything.) Will definitely be making this again, and again. Thanks so much for submitting.
