Really good, I also used a springform pan, and poured the dough in alternately with thinly sliced apple slices. I also put the apples in a bag with sugar and cinnamon for about a half an hour and then poured the juice over the apples on the cake, baked for about 55 min, and I found it to be very good. I will make again for company.

I don't know how anyone couldn't love these cookies. I make them all the time, well when I make cookies. My whole family loves them. They are the most moist soft cookie I have ever had. I usually use chocolate pudding with chocolate chips or white chips. We like chocolate. Anyway great recipe!!

I don't make anything but these when it comes to pancakes anymore. I love them and they are also so filling, you don't have to eat a ton. Love them with fruit or even plain with a little melted butter. YUM!
