1st try at canning! I thought it turned out pretty good. I think they are a little salty and not quite spicy enough. But pretty good for a first try anyway!

Spanish-Style Chicken and Sausage
This was just OK. My husband liked it. If I make it again, I will use less Thyme and add more Garlic Powder. I would also use spicy sausage to add some spice!
