Amaretto Cream Cake
Maybe consider reducing the filling down a bit so the cake isn't as soaked with amaretto.

Spinach-Infused Mashed Potatoes
The bellpepper gravy was amazing. I think I will use red potatoes next time and real bacon and I like the suggestion of mushrooms.
