Playgroup Granola Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2009
These are really great & much less expensive than buying granola bars. I added 1/2 cup apple sauce, which made them nice & chewy. I also added raisons, craisons, chocolate chips & almonds. Substituted with whole wheat flour. Good stuff! I brought some in to work & they all loved them!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: May 13, 2009
I've made this twice and everyone loves it. I don't add any sugar or jam/jelly to the fruit - fruit is sweet enough as-is and doesn't need it. Just mix the sliced fruit together & made the cinnamon chips. Mmmm... yummy!

Mini Cheesecakes I

Reviewed: May 13, 2009
Very good! I would also melt some choc chips & butterscotch chips in a bowl, spread that on top of the cheesecake muffins, and put the pie filling on that (I put pie filling over the choc mixture on 1/2 and left 1/2 of the muffins with just choc / butterscotch). Everyone loved them!

Lemon Cake with Lemon Filling and Lemon Butter Frosting

Reviewed: May 11, 2009
This recipe was superb. I used it to make a mini-wedding cake for some friends. I would suggest making 1 1/2 to 2 times the frosting though, so that you have enough for decorating the top of the cake

Chocolate Spiders

A great enhancement to this recipe, however, is to add butterscotch and peanuts. Cut the choc in half and substitute butterscotch chips. Do the same for the chow mien / peanuts
