Chili Chicken Stew
Exceptional! I made the recipe as stated except the tomatillo substituted with salsa verde. This was a great recipe that tasted yummy the day I made it and even better the next day!

Mexican Rice III
Made the recipe as stated minus the jalapeno and added a little salt and cumin. My 6 and 2 year olds ate more than their fair share.
