Ham and Potatoes Au Gratin
Wow what more do you need in a ham and potatoe casserole! Only changes I made was to use turkey ham, skim milk, less butter, and velveeta cheese slices (melts wonderfully)---all in an attempt to lower the fat content. Has an old-fasioned fantastic taste. Reheats in microwave beautifully the next day. Novella, you're Grandma had a good one here. Will make again and again over the years. Thanks.
