Creamy Cheesecake
Soooo good and very creamy. I let mine cool in the oven with the oven turned off after 20 minutes. Not a crack in sight! I also cut the sugar down to 1/3 cup. Very good!

Graham Cracker Crust II
Great! I used this for cheesecake and didn't prebake it beforehand. I used 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs. Delish!

Sugar Free Rugelach
These are sooo good! I cut the recipe in half but only cut them into 8 pieces NOT 16. I think 16 would have made the cookies way to small. I baked them for 10 min on one side and 8 min on the other because they got brown quickly due to the high fat in the pastry. Will definately make these again!
