Apple Cake V
Lovely tasting cake that all my friends loved. I doubled the quantities & made 2 cakes: 1 to eat & 1 to freeze. The 1 to eat went in 10 minutes! The cake that I wanted to freeze, I first cut into squares. Now I just take a couple of pieces out of the freezer, warm them in the microwave & they are delicious! Great with ice cream as a dessert, too! Everyone wants the recipe! Thanks Deb.
