Refried Beans Without the Refry
I can't believe that I have never made these from scratch before. For years I have made a bean dip with refried beans from a can. Well no more, these really were delicious!

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake
Made this cake for a friends B-day. I used rasberry filled chocolate chip chunks. Got rave reviews. I am now making for another B-day.
