Zucchini Patties

Garlic Dill New Potatoes
I used 1 tablespoon of olive oil versus butter..I only had dried dill but it was still very, very good.....

Easy Chicken Enchiladas
Excellent! Quick and Easy. I don't normally have cream cheese so had to run to the market but it was well worth the trip.I have made it twice already..once with red enchilada sauce, once with the green chili verdi sauce.
