Emily's Famous Hash Browns
super easy- i made these in a large crepe pan with 1/4 inch lip... obviously i used less oil than called for (i didnt measure it) and easily flipped the whole thing over. Also added about 1 Tbsp butter to the oil. Awesome.

Cinnamon-Swirl Raisin Bread
Everyone loved this bread! I only had one loaf pan, so I did one loaf in that pand and one free-form loaf... it turned out great! My only advice is to make sure you roll it tight. I will make this many more times!

Tender Potato Rolls
These were so easy to make! The dough rose easily in the fridge... so have it in a large bowl for sure so there is room enough! I'm still amazed. They are so light and delicious. This recipe is going to stay in the family. Wow. Soooo good! A+++
