Rhubarb Strawberry Jam
This was a great recipe. I tryied it once and then repeated the recipe again but this time I only added 1 cup of sugar and both times I used the sugar free strawberry jello. It is awesome. I will definatly make this again and again. I have lots of Rhubard. Thanks for the great recipe.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread
Very yummie I thought this was wonderful. I even added cinnamon/sugar to the top before baking gave it a coffee cake taste. Will make again.

Crisp Pickled Green Beans
This is a really great thing to do with green beans when your garden is full of them.. I made some up to try and to my surprise they are wonderful. My 7 year old daughter loves them, a little spicy but I also added cider vinegar with the white and I also used wax beans. Very yummy will make again.
