Crispy Marshmallow Balls

These are very much like Rice Crispy Treats in taste but much messier to make. The taste is good but if you have small children or are not in the mood for a meesy clean-up I would stick with regular rice crispy treats. I have a six year old and I'm still trying to find all the rice bits he got everywhere...lol. Thanks for the recipe.

Broccoli Casserole

Very good, but better the next day. I used a 16oz package of frozen broccoli and omitted the eggs but kept the other ingredients the same and it was wonderful. It wasn't *soupy* at all This was very good indeed. Thank you.

Beth's Chocolate Chip Cookies

I wasn't found of these at all. The taste was good but the texture was very unappealing. Like other reviewers have said these are very cakey. My kids love to dip cookies in milk and that is impossible with these as they litterally just fall apart in milk. I won't be making these again.

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

This was excellent. I wasn't sure that I would like the cheese and lemon combination but it was very subtle and worked well together. The kids loved it as well. I will be making this one often. Thank you!

Hot Fudge Sauce from EAGLE BRAND®

ThiS was very creamy but it didn't taste like hot fudge to me. The taste wasn't bad but it wasn't hot fudge either. I think using Ghiradelli's Double Chocolate Chips may help.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These had a good taste but they were crumbly and extremely difficult to remove from the pan. The batter was thicker than I expected. I added frozen blueberries which may have had an effect on the overall result. I gave it three stars because the taste was good but I don't think i will be making these agin.

Best Brownies

These came out perfectly! I used a pie plate to cook them in, added some semi sweet chocolate chips and some peanut butter chips, and cooked them for 25 minutes. We are having them tonight with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge (made from this site using eagle brand condensed milk.....yum!). Thanks for sharing! Just a note these are not *cakey* brownies...they are gooey, fudgy, and wonderful though!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Very good and super easy. I did as some other reviewers suggested and cooked it at a full boil for 6 mintues but I found I had to cook it on medium heat in order to reach a boiling point. Thank you!

Terri's Veal Marsala

This was very good. I used half chicken stock and half beef stock for a more full bodied sauce. I also used sweet marsala and a bit of sherry as that is what I had on hand. I increased the stock to compensate for the sweetness of the marsala and added a bit more butter. Very good recipe!

Aunt Mary's Eggplant Balls

This was very good. We really enjoyed it. My daughter who does not like eggplant said this was good. I did as another reviewer suggested and added 1 extra clove of garlic, balsamic vinegar, and red pepper flakes. I also topped it with marinara sauce and mozzerella cheese for the kids. Thanks for sharing.

This was good but more average than spectacular in my opinion. I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of the green onions. I added onion powder instead. Maybe that made the diffrence between average and spectacular.

Smoked Salmon Spread

Our family in Alaska brought some fresh smoked salmon when they came to visit. I had never tried it but decided to give this recipe a try. It was very good. I did however add a bit of black pepper, garlic powder, a tbsp of sour cream and a tsp of lemon juice. I gave it 4 *'s due to the fact that it was good without the additions but missing something. Thanks for sharing!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Sorry, but I didn't like these at all. I followed the recipe exactly and they didn't turn out well. They were flat and chewy. Even my 5 year old who will eat anything with sugar turned his nose up at these.

Carnation® Creamy Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

Very good indeed! I have made these potatoes numerous times and they are always a hit. This is a very vesitile recipe. I have changed this recipe up several times (like not adding cheese, adding a different cheese, adding sour cream or using instant potatoes) and they always come out great. Using the evaporated milk is the key to a great tasting creamy mashed potato dish. Thanks for sharing!
