Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

Basic Ham and Bean Soup

Balsamic Glazed Carrots

Jenny's Grilled Chicken Breasts

This recipe was very moist and flavorful...my son said that I could add this to my make often list...he even used the leftovers by shredding the chicken, adding mayo, and placing on a mini sub roll...he said it was great!! Thanks so much jenny!!

Lazy Day Citrus Southwest Chicken

Kabob Marinade

This marinade is excellent!! My family enjoyed this marinade very much...very fresh. We used it to make beef kabob's. The taste was delicious and texture was very tenter. This is one to make often...will keep it on hand. Thanks Jon!

Mixed Vegetables

This is a very tasty side dish. It is chalk full of flavor and low calorie...which is perfect for my husband who is dieting. I like getting new ideas on ways to prepare side dishes and this one is a hit!!

Honey Lime Mesquite Chicken

This recipe is delicious. The chicken is very moist and tender. I marinaded the chicken for a few hours and used boneless chicken breasts as well...it's a keeper!!

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

These ribs wer out of this world!!! I will for sure be making this again! I did tweak the recipe like a few others did. I used 1 cup ketchup and 1 cup Barbecue Sauce instead of 2 cups ketchup and they turned out perfectly tender and delicious!! Thanks Suzanne!!

Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Pasta Shells

My family really thought this one was great!! I made the recipe exactly as it showed and it was very flavorful...fennel seeds and all. My family enjoys a variety of recipes that use fennel seeds, I guess it's an aquired taste. Will make this recipe time and time again. Thank You!

The Perfect Marinade

This recipe was awesome!! I altered a couple of ingredients for my families tastes... I put in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and used 1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger, I also sprinkled extra seasame seeds around the chicken just before grilling. Very flavorful...thanks!!

Caribbean Jerk Pork Chops

This recipe was ok...not good enough to make that often. It seemed to lack flavor and was somewhat blan. Maybe if the spices were adjusted. I just made the marinade as it was in the recipe with no ajustments.
