The Perfect Marinade

This recipe was awesome!! I altered a couple of ingredients for my families tastes... I put in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and used 1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger, I also sprinkled extra seasame seeds around the chicken just before grilling. Very flavorful...thanks!!

Balsamic Glazed Carrots

Kabob Marinade

This marinade is excellent!! My family enjoyed this marinade very much...very fresh. We used it to make beef kabob's. The taste was delicious and texture was very tenter. This is one to make often...will keep it on hand. Thanks Jon!

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

These ribs wer out of this world!!! I will for sure be making this again! I did tweak the recipe like a few others did. I used 1 cup ketchup and 1 cup Barbecue Sauce instead of 2 cups ketchup and they turned out perfectly tender and delicious!! Thanks Suzanne!!

Caribbean Jerk Pork Chops

This recipe was ok...not good enough to make that often. It seemed to lack flavor and was somewhat blan. Maybe if the spices were adjusted. I just made the marinade as it was in the recipe with no ajustments.
