Creamy Rice Pudding
This is good if you don't have a lot of time, but I found out why most recipes call for baking it. The milk bakes into the rice for hours, making the rice softer. It is very hard to get the rice soft enough when you cook it on the stove. The flavor was good, though.

The best one I've tried and easy to make.

It seemed like a lot of cornstarch to me (1 cup), but I followed the directions and they tasted okay, but would have tasted better without so much cornstarch.
