Sounded interesting so I made two, one for dinner and one to take to work. I did not care for this. Needs a lot less apple pie filling and I'm not sure that would save it. The second pie did not go to work, I made something else. I really wanted to like this.

Double Crust Bean Pie

Excellent recipe. I changed a little, adding some extra veggies. I also made it single crust and it turned out beautifully. Very flavorful, plan on making a double recipe again this week!

Mexican Casserole

This was a delicious meal. I added extra chicken, a whole packet of taco seasoning, and while preparing could see I needed more liquid, so I added a whole jar of salsa. Very tasty.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

This is the same recipe my family has made many times under the name "Better Than Sex Cake". I have also made a yellow version that is also excellent. I'm sure there are better made from scratch recipes out there, but this is a great cake from boxed mix.

Peanut Butter Cup Bars

Certainly not low in calories, but EXCELLENT and EASY. I don't understand the 50 hr. wait time in the recipe....I served them the next day and they got rave reviews. I know I will make these again and again....NO baking required! I added some extra baking chocolate and 1/2 cup rice krispies to the chocolate.....

Chewiest Brownies

This a very good, but not excellent recipe. Very easy to make with a lot of chocolate taste. I agree with most reviewers to NOT use a 9X13 pan. I used a much smaller one and it made 1" brownies. I did cut sugar a bit and added a touch of peanut butter. They are a bit grainy, but tasty.

Poppy Seed Cake II

This is a super moist cake and very tasty. I also cut down the oil to one cup, I usually always use less oil than called for and substitute water or another liquid in just about every cake recipe. I would have made it again except I keep forgetting to pick up poppy seed filling.

This makes a large, beautiful and delicious cake. I highly recommend it. Very moist and high in flavor. I used chopped salted mixed nuts in the bottom of the pan.
