Chicken Chimichangas with Sour Cream Sauce
The meat was really yummy with the seasonings. I don't care for the warm sourcream. Like it cold ... like on Tacos. I served the Chimichangas with lettuce, tomatoes and Salsa.

Chicken Milano
Really good!!! though I did change a few minor things ... I only had sundried tomatoes in oil, (didn't have other ones) ... I added dried basil to the cream sauce and let it cook with it ... I added a squirt of tomato paste to the gravy and more cream towards the end ... then I thickened it a little with flour/water (ofcourse ... got too thin with the extra cream). I also seasoned the chicken breasts with italian seasoning before cooking them. I served them with wide noodles and fresh carrots.

Heavenly Angel Food Cake
This cake turned out pretty good. Though I must say that it is minimal less fluffy as other recipes I have tried. But the taste was good! And I don't understand how some people can have problems with the fluffyness ... if you beat the egg whites til stiff ... it can only turn out fluffy! Ofcourse you have to lift the flour into the egg whites and not stir them under!
