Ali's Amazing Bruschetta

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2009
This is my favorite bruschetta recipe! The fresh herbs make all the difference. I do add garlic and a little balsamic vinegar. Sometimes I serve this cold on store-bought bagel toasts or garlic toasts. Thanks for sharing!

Irish Egg Rolls

These were excellent!! I baked instead of fried, and served with a variety of dips (horseradish sauce, spicy brown mustard, etc.). They did not last very long - thanks for sharing!

Southwestern Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2008
Excellent! I tripled the filling ingredients, and added some fresh cilantro. However, I was rushed the day I made these, so I made them into quesadillas instead! They were a huge hit, and I saved quite a bit of time in the kitchen!!

Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2008
This stuff is great, I didn't change a thing. I served it with quesadillas, and when they were gone, I used the rest as a dip for tortilla chips. PERFECT!!

Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts III

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2002
These are SO good - I made them for a family get-together, and they were gone within 30 minutes! I used the suggestions of others and drained off the fat, cooked at a higher temperature for less time, and also cut the sauce ingredients in half. PERFECT!

Barbeque Pork Two Ways

This recipe is the BEST! I made the stovetop version, and the pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Thanks for sharing!
