My Aunt told my Uncle "Honey, this is even better than mine!" Excellent, easy recipe and perfect consistency if you don't like it thick! (I left the Bay leaves in until the end and it was fine :)

Tasted great but it didn't set up at all. I don't think there is enough flour in the berry mixture because it was extremely watery. I would try increasing the flour to 1/2 c. next time which another recipe called for with the same amount of berries.

This recipe was so easy!! I'm not a peach pie fan but I am now! I accidentally added 1/4 c. more butter than it called for, but it was absolutely delicious. I also followed the advice in the previous review and let it sit in a cooling oven--set up perfectly. If you want easy, skip the lattice top and just put a regular crust on top. You won't be sorry you made this pie. Thanks Marcia!
