To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These muffins are fantastic--fast and super easy! I tried to squeeze the entire batch into 6 muffin cups so I think they were just too heavy and fell a bit, but they tasted great. The only change I made was in the topping, I used 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar--other than that, these are perfect.

Pumpkin Bread III
I downloaded this recipe several years ago and it is by far the BEST pumpkin bread I've ever made. No matter what, it turns out great every time. I've baked it in coffee cans, vegetable cans (large), loaf pans of all sizes...it is always a hit, even for those that don't like pumpkin!
