Slow Cooker Creamy Potato Soup
This was really good. I don't know what happened to those who thought theirs was too thin-mine was almost too thick. I will have to thin the leftovers.I browned the bacon, then cooked leeks in the bacon grease. I added the leeks along with the bacon grease, keeping the bacon out to add when I served it. I also used fat-free half-and-half.I also used a box of chicken broth instead of the concentrate and water.

Coconut Macaroons II
These taste good, but don't hold together at all.Also stuck to the pan despite using Pam.I am still looking for a good recipe.
