Amusement Park Cornbread

Good cornbread. I did follow the suggestions of increasing the cornmeal and decreasing the flour.

Persimmon Bread I

It was very dark. I would mix the flour in the entire mixture. There were clumps of flour in the dough. My kids liked it, I won't make it again.

Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup

Excellent!!!My kids said it was the best soup I've ever made. My husband thought it was great and is requesting I make it again. I didn't have any taragon so I used fennel seed instead.
