Beer Bread I
I thought this had a great taste and went well with the soup I made. It did have the consistency of corn bread therefore was not very firm and would fall apart. My husband thought it was a bit sweet (perhaps the beer I used: New Glarus Spotted Cow, and the amount of sugar) - next time I would like to try a dark beer and lessen the sugar a bit and see how that turns out.
