Scottish Mince Pie

We loved this version of a popular meal. I used Bisto (tm) instead of beef boulion cubes or powder. Made a nice thick gravy. Will use this recipe over and over.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

I did the modified version of this recipe with just a mix of cheddar and cream cheese in the center with the bacon wrap on the outside. So popular that I have had to give this recipe out many times to friends.

Three Cheese Noodle Bake

Was a big hit with everyone here - and we all have different tastes when it comes to food. Omitting onions just in case, but it was great!
