Spanish Rice II
I made this with brown rice and it was delcious. Just cook about 50 minutes or so.

White Peach Sangria
My friends have come to expect me to bring this whenever we have a warm weather gathering. As a matter of fact, my daughter has requested it for her May wedding! I cut the vodka because it's pretty strong otherwise but it is so delicious and perfect for a crowd.

Sangria! Sangria!
Oh so delicious :) I left out the sugar also as I didn't want this to be like punch. I added the club soda and glad I did because it lightened it a bit. The punch bowl was empty by the time we finished our appetizers!
