Anniversary Chicken I
Did not care for this. I should have stopped at the teryaki glaze. Will not be making this again.

Baked Mashed Potatoes
Like another reviewer said, this is the only way my family wants mashed potatoes now. They are so light and tasty! Great recipe!

Fried Corn with Bacon
Holy cats, this was good! Since fresh corn isn't available this time of year, I used frozen corn. The result was a very sweet tasting corn and very tasty dish! I have been asked and will definitely make this again very soon!
