After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup
This is mug your grandmother good. I followed the outline of this recipe, but I needed to clean the fridge from fattening foods. So instead of cream I used a 1/4 of an industrial size tub of real sour cream, instead of butter and boullion I used leftover homemade turkey gravy, and I also added a fresh diced red bell pepper and some sliced leftover cocktail wienies which made up for the fact that I only had basmati rice instead of wild rice. Super yummy.
