Some of my fondest memories center around my family's kitchen, and cooking has always been a source of great comfort to me. I find it centers me and makes me think fondly of home. I love to cook Italian and classic comfort dishes. One of my favorite traditions is sitting at the kitchen table with my mom and sister and decorating sugar cookies during the holidays. My greatest triumph was mastering the art of cooking moist chicken. A close second would be finally getting the hang of cooking eggs and rice. I'm a classic "overcooker" or "undercooker"! I try my hardest to forget about the first time I tried to make scrambled eggs. And I don't know that I'll ever be able to eat chicken thighs again after trying to debone and skin them.
