Simple BBQ Ribs

I was skeptical these would turn out as good as people raved since they are so easy but they really are!! I followed the recipe to a "t" but I also added a packet of taco seasoning for more flavor. My husband and kids all raved how good they are which is impressive because pork is one of our least favorite meats. This is a keeper!!

Cheese and Broccoli Chicken Soup

Very tasty and hearty soup. I made a substitution with the chicken bullion and added chicken stock instead. It was a great way to use up left over rottiserie chicken. Will make again!

Meaty Spaghetti Sauce

Rockin' Oysters Rockefeller

These were without a doubt the best Oysters Rockeller I've ever had! I made these New Years Day with apprehension as this was my first time making them but they were delicious! My mother in law who has eaten lots and lots of these said this was the best she's ever tasted and asked for the recipe. Between four of us we finished a half a bushel - they were that good! I followed the recipe exactly including the milk and it was a great consistency and taste. If you like Oysters Rockefeller, you won't be disappointed!

Slow Cooker Spare Ribs

This is the best spare rib recipe I've tried. I used country style spare ribs and followed the recipe exactly. I was also skeptical about using tomato soup but it turned out wondeful! I served it with mashed potatoes to soak up the juices and even the kids asked for seconds. I will be using this recipe from now on!

Barbecue Ribs

I always cooked my spareribs in a slow cooker but decided to try this recipe because of all the great reviews. I am so glad I did! Yummy!! I will be making them this way from now on...my husband had three helpings!! I followed the recipe exactly but I heated the remaining sauce in a pan on the stove about 4-5 minutes until a little thicker and served with the ribs. We cut up the ribs and poured the sauce over-top. It was delicious! Thanks for a great recipe!

Absolutely the best cheesecake I've ever eaten!! Very easy to make and people think your a pro!! Even my competitive, picky sister-in-law said it was the best she's ever eater. I didn't change a thing and it turned out perfect!!! Thanks for the great recipe Chantal!

Mandarin Orange Cake I

Drunken Chicken

This is one of the simplest recipes I've tried with such great results!!! The chicken was VERY moist and juicy. My husband and kids (toddlers) loved it which definately means it's a keeper. I didn't make any changes other than coat the chicken with poultry seasoning. Thanks for the great recipe, I'll be making this again and again!

Banana Muffins II

Autumn Cheesecake

This was the first time I made cheesecake and it turned out wonderful! It was very easy to make and all my guests raved about it! I chose not to do the water bath as some others recommended. I also added the pecans to the topping the last 20 minutes of baking. I'll definately make this again when I want an impressive dessert!

Baked Ziti I

This dish is delicious! I love lasagna but I think this tasted just as good as lasagna but easier to make! Since it made so much I had left overs for the next 3 days which I didn't mind at all!!! It's as good warmed up as it is fresh out of the oven!
