Fish Tacos

I love love love these tacos. Since I am not big on eating fish, this is the way for me to go. I like things spicy so I do add hot pepper sauce to the fish and crushed red pepper to the sauce. I am going to make some more of these this weekend.

Ethiopian Cabbage Dish

I love this recipe!!! I was trying to become a vegertarian earlier this year and I came across this dish and I was hooked! I like to kick up the spices just a bit, but that's just my preference. This is now my favorite way to cook cabbage.

Easy Peach Cobbler

Not sure what other people did wrong, but this comes out perfect everytime I make it! I love this cobbler. I do add a dash of cinnamon and vanilla to the mixture before baking it.

Good Ole' Southern Frogmore Stew

I love this recipe. I make this all the time, the only thing I do is add crab legs to it. I call it a crab boil. I am always making this for girls nite. I like to serve this with a garlic dipping butter and hot sauce.

Adult Watermelon for BBQ's

I made this for last months girls nite and the ladies loved it. But instead of pouring the rum in the watermelon, I cut the melon into bite sized chunks and marinated it overnight in Pineapple flavored rum. I then made a punch out of Melon Verdi & Ginger ale and drained the rum off the watermelon and added the melon to the punch. It was the best summer drink we ever had.

Creole Chitterlings (Chitlins)

Chitlins are the best!! thanks for this recipe. In my family we only eat chitlins during the holidays and this is a great way to cook them with some added spice. Serve over some white rice and enjoy.
