Rum or Bourbon Balls
SUPER EASY. Great as gifts that everyone will want again next year. I used this recipe as written and it was perfect. Used rum last year but this time I may used a coconut rum I have. Hard not to have a few test tasting balls for quality control. Worth making ahead five days for the full effect.

Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding
OUTSTANDING. Just like I remembered as a child. Very easy and quick. I used the Hersey's Special Dark coco with three heaping teaspoons and just a little more cornstarch since I like puddings to be firmer. I let the pudding cool off outside on my porch. Next time I will double the recipe for a benefit dinner next week.

David's Yellow Cake
Excellent recipe. Would like to modify by using regular flour, a little less on the sugar and maybe 3 instead of four eggs. Love the texure! real homemade. My husband prefers a moister texure like box cake recipes, but only for yellow cake. The hubby and my Father-in-law enjoy yellow cake with a whipped cream frosting. I love it just as it is!
