Coconut Curry Black Bean Burgers - Thai Style!
Oh my goodness -yikes! We could not finish these. I love all the flavors, but somehow in these patties they end up tasting like old, flacid fish cakes. The texture alone is enough to gross you out. Sorry, maybe these are for someone, but we were very disappointed!

Quick and Easy Thai Style Coleslaw
this had a pleasant flavor and was easy to make. However, if I make it again I would add other ingredients for sure -chopped ginger, serrano, mango etc. Will search for a more complex recipe. But glad I made it, simple and easy, nothing fancy.

Best Fried Green Tomatoes
Really yummy! realized I had no eggs (yikes!) at the last minute so substituted just whites, and it was still yummy. Added a little bacon grease to the second batch, but couldn't tell a difference. Served with several sauces/sides for dipping that people could mix and match. 1. Fresh lemon wedges 2. Tabasco 3. Old bay for dipping 4. Sauce of mayo, pickle relish, dijon mustard, lemon, tabasco and garlic powder YUM!
