Broiled and Slow-Roasted Butterflied Leg of Lamb With Cumin and Garlic

I added some stock to the baking pan so that the lamb didn't dry out too much during the long cook. Turned out beautifully. Great flavours and so easy for a big group.

Deep Fried Camembert with Raspberry Sauce

Delicious! One of my favourite things to eat. I always order it if it's on a menu. Never realised how easy it was to make at home. Now I have to stop myself from making it every week.

Awesome Korean Steak

Bada Bing Bada Banged Potatoes

Delicious!!!! I made half the recipe and used 1 clove of fresh garlic as I didn't have any powdered. These potatoes turned out so good, can't wait to make them again.

North Carolina-Style Pulled Pork

My family loved this. I cooked it in the slow cooker with liquid smoke as suggested by others. After 8 hours it was pull apart tender. I used less vinegar in the sauce and more tomato ketchup as my kids prefer food on the sweeter side.

Glo's Sausage Fried Rice

I more than halved this recipe and used Chinese Sausage as my ground pork sausage. Served it as a side with a chicken stir fry. Very yummy, kids loved it.

Really, really good! It's so simple but refreshing and tasty. I used regular cherry juice as can't get frozen concentrate. This is my new summer drink.

Bertha's Blueberry Dumplings

Very quick and easy to make. Really loved the blueberry sauce. So good with vanilla ice cream. The dumplings have potential but I found them too heavy and not very flavourful. Used butter instead of lard. A lighter dumpling with some vanilla & lemon zest added would make a huge difference.

Cheddar Bacon Hamburgers

I left the bacon bits out but added real grilled bacon as a topping to the burger. Usually I love horseradish but I just didn't think it tasted right in a burger.

Peanut Butter Frosting

Really good. I used it to ice the chocolate cake I made. I reduced the sugar to 2 cups. Anymore would have been too sweet.

Dark Chocolate Cake I

The flavour of this cake was really good. Very chocolatey. However the texture was much too heavy. Almost like mud cake. I think there are too many eggs in it.

Pina Colada Pie

Stuffing Bread

There is nothing wrong with this recipe. It produced a lovely loaf of bread. However, the 'stuffing' flavour wasn't really there. It tasted like an ordinary loaf. I was expecting so much more flavour. The smell was better than the taste.

The flavour of this was spot on. Exactly what I was looking for! Did not serve with the noodles but used rice on the side instead. Also added a lot more veges to the sauce. Will use again. Thanks.

Perfect Cherry Pie

Made my own crust but used the filling in this recipe. I switched the almond essence for vanilla. The cherry filling was very easy to make and delicious.
