We are not big seafood fans so don't cook it often. I might have to start one as we don't have any. Don't have a stand out moment. Anything that people enjoy and go back for seconds is a triumph for me. Once I made a stir fry and started adding what I thought was Soya Sauce to the Wok but it was actually half a bottle of Sesame Oil. Needless to say it tasted disgusting!
