Fluffy Pancakes
These were awesome! I used wheat flour for health reasons and they were the best wheat pancakes I've ever made. White flour (as the recipe states) would be even better, so next time I might make them with white flour if I'm not feeling health conscious.

White Chocolate Snack Mix
Awesome recipe and so easy! In an effort to save dishwashing, I guesstimate the proportions and just dump all the ingredients in a paper grocery bag and stir/shake it up with the white chocolate. The only dish you have to wash is the small bowl & spoon that you heat the white chocolate in!
