Florentine Stuffed Chicken

This was very easy to make. It had good flavor, but something was still missing. Make sure you cover with foil to cook otherwise it takes longer.

Rock Salt Roast Prime Rib

I could not get very much rock salt to stick to the rib roast BUT it turned out great and everyone LOVED it. Alot of flavor.
