Hershey's ® Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

I love trying new things in the kitchen...especially things based around chocolate/fugde...but this was a disaster. There was no consistency or texture and it tasted horrible. Will not be making this one again.

Southern Praline Pecan Cake

This was okay but I won't be making it again. I really didn't get the "praline" thing. It tasted like German Chocolate without the chocolate to me.

Best Brownies

This was a GREAT recipe!! It's easy and it tastes great. I wouldn't advise it without the icing though. It is rich too. I added a bit more butter to the icing and heated it(just enough to melt the butter) in a metal bowl to make it all come together. I also added a little milk to tweek the icing into a nice mix. Probably won't buy another box again. And my peoples loved it!!

New York Cheesecake III

I really liked this recipe. It was easy and I didn't get a crack in it at all. I didn't like the crust though and so next time, I will make it crustless. It's great though and the taste is wonderful. I did add the vanilla and a little bit more sugar. I recommend it.

Red Velvet Cake II

My Mom and I decided to try this one. It was a no brainer. It was moist and tasted so much like the cakes from back in the day! It tasted great, so my crash test dummies cleaned it up in no time!!

Rich Cocoa Fudge

I had never made fudge before and it seemed very scary, but it turned out excellent! It was very easy and didn't take long at all. I didn't even buy the candy thermometer. I just used the cold water technique. Don't let this recipe scare you. I am no chef and loved it and so did my crash test dummies!!
