Kiki's Borracho (Drunken) Beans
These were awesome! They do taste like Taco Cabana beans. I added a packet of the Goya Saxon and it really made a difference..yummy! Also a little trick that works really well (not 100% but does help tons w/ the musical fruit if you know what I mean :-) Add a teaspoon of baking soda earlier in the cooking process. I'd give this more than 5 stars if I could!

Cadillac Pimento Cheese
This is perfect as is...unless of course you double the recipe and there is more of it :-) It has the perfect blend of flavors. The only thing I did different was add more pimentoes. Yum!
