I made a smaller version for an 8x8 pan: 4 c zucchini 1/3 c lemon juice 1/2 c white sugar 1 tsp Cinnamon Plus (Pampered Chef) 1 1/4 c flour 3/4 c sugar 1/2 c butter 1 tsp Cinnamon Plus

Ham and Cheese Breakfast Casserole
I forgot to add the cornflake topping, but I doubt that would have improved it. It was very light and fluffy, which I actually didn't care for. It made it taste like it wasn't baked, which it absolutely was. My recipes that call for toasting the bread first come out more to my liking.

I sauteed finely chopped celery and minced garlic into the butter and added a couple handfuls of frozen peas to the mixture. This made a lot, so I put it in my extra deep 9x13 pan.
