I love to cook, because it relaxes me and I love food.. I love to eat, cook, host, serve. Baking cakes, cookies. I love to bake. During the holidays my mother and my aunts would cook away a sotrm. I can never cook as good as they do. But I can try. They still cook the best without even a single recipe, everything straight from the memory and experience. When I made tiramisu and my husband liked it. I thought it was hard but turned out great. I dont know which one I should put here. I goof all the time. Not so often lately but I goof. That comes with trying out new and different things. Sometimes you goof, sometimes turns out great. Bottom line is it is all fun and mu husband likes the end result regardless.
